Experience

Steven counsels individuals and families in all phases of tax and estate planning and trust and estate administration with an emphasis on the implementation of sophisticated tax planning strategies. Steven’s practice also involves the representation of business and commercial real estate owners with respect to corporate matters, business succession and tax planning.

Steven is a frequent lecturer and author in the tax and estate planning areas. He lectures to many professional groups including the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, and his articles have appeared in the Journal of Taxation, the New Jersey Law Journal and the New York Law Journal.
