Stacy is a member of the firm’s Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring Department and is based in the Delaware office.
Stacy focuses her practice on corporate bankruptcy, business restructuring and other insolvency-related matters. She has extensive experience representing a wide range of stakeholders, including corporate debtors, reorganized debtors, lenders, official and unofficial committees, secured and unsecured creditor constituencies, trustees, commercial landlords, lienholders, contract counterparties, acquirers of distressed assets, significant equity holders and directors and officers in chapter 7 and chapter 11 proceedings. She also maintains a bankruptcy litigation practice involving preferences, fraudulent transfers and state law claims. In addition to her restructuring practice, Stacy has experience representing clients in corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and Superior Court of Delaware.
Stacy graduated cum laude from Albany Law School of Union University. While in law school, she was the Managing Editor of the Albany Law Review. Prior to law school, Stacy graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Delaware.
