Experience

Patrick provides counsel in corporate restructuring matters, representing debtors, creditors’ committees, major creditors, purchasers and parties in adversary proceedings. Known as a straight shooter, Patrick’s clients call him very responsive, easy to work with and insightful. Patrick represents businesses across a number of industries, including automotive, retail, technology and manufacturing. Patrick is also a certified mediator for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware and serves as a mediator in contested matters and litigation.
