Nicole Dlugosz-Howard is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Department.
She has been with Cole Schotz since 2018 when she first joined the firm as a summer associate.
Nicole earned her Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, in Political Science from Rutgers University – Newark, and her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Rutgers Law School – Newark, where she was inducted into the Order of the Coif and was a member of the Minority Student Program. During law school, Nicole was elected to be the Associate Managing Editor for the Rutgers University Law Review and her student note, entitled “The Revival of a Twenty-Year Circuit Split Featuring a Medical Residency Program Twist: An Analysis of Doe v. Mercy Catholic Medical Center and the Applicability of Title IX Remedies,” was published in the 71st edition of the Rutgers University Law Review. As a law student, Nicole served as a fellow for The Inclusion Project (TIP), a clinical law student in the Community and Transactional Law Clinic, and a legal research and writing teaching associate.
Prior to joining Cole Schotz, Nicole completed a second summer associate program at a mid-sized New Jersey law firm, was a legal intern for New Jersey Institute of Technology’s Office of General Counsel, and interned for a prominent local Congressman.
