Nate Klepser is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department and is a resident of the Delaware office.

EXPERIENCE

He handles various types of cases in all Delaware courts, with a focus on business, corporate, and complex disputes.

Nate earned his bachelor’s degree from the Pennsylvania State University and his law degree from Widener University Delaware Law School, where he graduated magna cum laude and was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and the Transactional Law Honor Society.  After law school, Nate clerked for the Honorable Justice James T. Vaughn, Jr. of the Delaware Supreme Court and then began his practice at a national law firm in Delaware.  Nate is also involved in the Delaware legal community and will be serving as the secretary of the Delaware State Bar Association’s Litigation Section and Young Lawyers Section for the 2023-2024 terms.
