As a member of the firm’s Tax, Trust and Estates Department, Lori counsels individuals, families and business owners in all aspects of Tax, Trust and Estate Planning and Business Succession Planning.

Experience

She has particular emphasis on wills, trusts and sophisticated tax planning techniques along with corporate planning involving closely held businesses. Her professional focus includes planning for families which have children with special needs and elder care planning. She has lectured and written on topics including trusts and estates, special needs planning, acts of preservation and elder care planning, and planning for a family member with addiction issues.

Education

Lori earned a B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis, a J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis and a Masters in Tax Law (L.L.M.) from New York University School of Law.
