Jasleen Chandhoke is an associate in the Corporate Transactions Department and is based in the firm’s New York office.

Prior to joining Cole Schotz, Jasleen was an associate in the Corporate and Finance Department at a boutique corporate law firm where she focused on mergers and acquisitions, debt financing, and outside general counsel services across various industry sectors. Prior to that, Jasleen was an attorney at the global investment firm, KKR & Co., Inc., where she primarily focused on legal and compliance matters in the capital markets space. Jasleen’s “in-house” experience is a critical skill applied to her private practice as she has a deep understanding of the client’s goals in executing a successful transaction.

Jasleen earned her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and her B.A. from CUNY Queens College.
