Michael is an associate in both the firm’s Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring and Litigation Departments.
Experience
Michael has experience representing clients in a wide range of complex litigation matters in state and federal courts across the country, including contract disputes, business torts, and commercial litigation. His meticulous attention to detail and client-centered approach makes him a trusted advisor and advocate for clients facing difficult legal challenges.
Networks & Affiliations
In addition to his legal practice, Michael is actively involved in the Baltimore legal community. He is a member of the Lawyers’ Alliance for the Public Justice Center and various bar associations. Michael is also committed to pro bono work and giving back to the community.
Prior to joining the firm, Michael worked as a litigation associate in the Baltimore office of a boutique D.C.-based law firm. Before entering private practice, he clerked for the Honorable Timothy E. Meredith on the Appellate Court of Maryland.
Michael graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where he served as an Articles Editor of the Maryland Law Review. He earned his B.A. in Government & Politics from the University of Maryland, College Park.
