Home goods retailer Z Gallerie filed for Chapter 11 in New Jersey bankruptcy court, blaming the follow-on effects of the COVID-19 pandemic for straining its liquidity to the point it needed to seek bankruptcy protection for the second time since 2019.
The debtor is represented by Michael D. Sirota, Warren A. Usatine, David M. Bass and Matteo Percontino.
