Potter Anderson Partner Joins Corporate Department at Cole Schotz
Pamela Millard has more than 15 years of experience in advising clients on Delaware corporate law and governance matters.
Attorney Pamela Millard has joined Cole Schotz’s corporate department in Delaware, the firm announced Monday.
Millard has more than 15 years of experience at Potter, Anderson & Corroon, advising clients on Delaware corporate law and governance matters.
“We are thrilled to welcome Pam to Cole Schotz,” said Jennifer Horowitz, chair of Cole Schotz’s corporate transactions department. “Her extraordinary experience and background will further support our strong bench in Delaware and our services to corporate as well as other clients across the firm.”
Millard has experience representing companies, boards and investors on business matters and transactions, including advising special board committees involved in transactions.
She is a member of the American Bar Association’s business law section’s mergers and acquisitions committee and has spoken on behalf of the committee’s Women in M&A Task Force. Millard has also served as a speaker on Delaware corporate law topics for law firms and as part of the ABA’s continuing legal education programs.

Millard earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, a masters in international studies from the University of Washington and a bachelors in Chinese studies and American studies from Wellesley College.
