Cole Schotz Welcomes Dalo as Corporate Member
Cole Schotz has welcomed John W. Dalo as a member of the firm’s corporate department in New Jersey. He joins the firm from Connell Foley.

Dalo’s practice focuses on a variety of corporate matters including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, entity formation and organization, financing and loan transactions, regulatory compliance, and private offerings. Dalo also advises clients on real estate leasing and acquisitions.

In addition, Dalo serves as outside general counsel to national and multinational companies across a wide range of industries, assisting with complex commercial, transactional and regulatory issues.

Dalo earned his J.D. from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and his bachelor’s from the University of Delaware.
