Faropoint, Deugen Eye Groundbreaking for 195,000 Sq. Ft. Warehouse Project in New Brunswick
Faropoint and Deugen Development are set to begin construction on a project that will bring more than 195,000 square feet of new warehouse space to a key corridor in New Brunswick.
Slated to break ground in early 2025, the development at 695 and 705 Joyce Kilmer Ave. will replace what were several aging industrial buildings less than two miles from Route 1. Plans for the 195,421-square-foot project call for two modern, rear-loaded facilities with 36-foot clear ceiling heights and 32 total loading positions, as the firms look to bring new supply to the submarket around New Jersey Turnpike Exit 9.
