Cole Schotz Welcomes Corporate Member John W. Dalo
Cole Schotz P.C. is pleased to welcome John W. Dalo as a member of the firm’s Corporate Department in New Jersey. Mr. Dalo’s practice focuses on a variety of corporate matters including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, entity formation and organization, financing and loan transactions, regulatory compliance, and private offerings. Mr. Dalo also advises clients on real estate leasing and acquisitions.
In addition, Mr. Dalo serves as outside general counsel to national and multinational companies across a wide range of industries, assisting with complex commercial, transactional and regulatory issues.

Mr. Dalo, who joins from Connell Foley LLP, previously served as a judicial law clerk under United States Magistrate Judge John D. Love in the Eastern District of Texas and as a judicial extern under United States District Judge Deborah A. Batts in the Southern District of New York.

Mr. Dalo earned his J.D. from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. He has a B.A. in Policial Science from the University of Delaware.
