Cole Schotz Hires Evelyn Giaccio as Real Estate Member in NY

Evelyn Giaccio joined Cole Schotz as a member in its real estate department in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Giaccio’s practice focuses on matters pertaining to real estate finance, acquisition and disposition, joint venture, leasing, private equity, development, and construction, the firm said.

She joins from Counterpointe Sustainable Real Estate, where she was general counsel.
