Cole Schotz Adds Corporate Member in Delaware

Cole Schotz announced the arrival of Pamela Millard as a member of the firm’s corporate department in Delaware.

Millard brings more than 15 years of experience advising clients on all aspects of Delaware’s corporate law and the governance of Delaware entities.

She represents companies, organizations, boards, board committees and investors on a wide range of business matters and transactions, including mergers, recapitalizations, assets sales, dividends, dissolutions, restructurings, and governance documentation. She also has substantial experience advising special committees in connection with various transactions, including M&A transactions.
