Brotman, Caldwell Among Newly Named Members at Cole Schotz
Cole Schotz PC has elevated four attorneys to member of the firm, including Aaron S. Brotman of its construction and real estate teams and Inga C. Caldwell of its environmental group.
Brotman, a New York-based lawyer who is active in New Jersey, represents owners, contractors and subcontractors in construction contract drafting, negotiation and dispute resolution, according to his bio. He also has extensive experience advising clients on large-scale industrial, commercial and residential developments, as well as negotiating construction contracts and related agreements on matters ranging from tenant fit-outs to new ground-up commercial and residential properties.
Admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, Virginia and the District of Columbia, Brotman received his J.D. from the George Mason University School of Law.
Caldwell, meantime, is based in Cole Schotz’s main office in Hackensack and leverages previous in-house experience at an environmental consulting firm, according to an announcement. To that end, she counsels buyers, sellers and lenders on environmental liability risks in complex corporate and real estate transactions, while also representing clients in multiparty Superfund sites and related litigation.
She received her law degree from Vermont Law School and is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, New Hampshire and the U.S. Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Brotman and Caldwell are among Cole Schotz’s newest members alongside Reuben G. Muller of the tax, trusts and estates practice and Jaime A. Quick of the litigation and tax, trusts and estates groups.
