Joerns WoundCo Holdings, a Charlotte, N.C.-based vertically integrated manufacturer, distributor and service provider of durable medical equipment, filed a petition for relief under chapter 11 in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Lead Case No. 19-11401).  According to the First Day Declaration, the Debtors have entered into a restructuring support agreement with consenting first lien lenders and consenting second lien lenders and have filed a prepackaged plan of reorganization and disclosure statement.  The Debtors have proposed Epiq to serve as their claims and noticing agent.  The Debtors report $100 million to $500 million in both assets and liabilities.  The case has been assigned to the Honorable John T. Dorsey.
