Corporate Attorney Brian A. Flank Joins Cole Schotz in Maryland

Cole Schotz P.C. is pleased to announce the arrival of Brian A. Flank as a member in the firm’s Corporate Transactions practice group. Brian has deep experience advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, financing, and tax matters. He will also be a member of the firm’s Real Estate department, with extensive experience advising clients in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financings and other real estate-related transactions. Brian will be based in the Firm’s Baltimore office.

Mr. Flank routinely counsels privately held, small to mid-market companies on a wide range of business issues. Serving in a corporate counsel capacity to these companies, Brian works closely with CEOs, CFOs and other key management personnel to develop and implement creative and efficient solutions that meet their needs.

Mr. Flank earned his J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law and has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park. He is a member of the Maryland, Washington, D.C. and New York bars.
