Cole Schotz P.C. announces today it has expanded its Boca Raton, Florida office with the addition of Christopher Gagic as a member in the Tax, Trusts & Estates Department. Mr. Gagic, whose practice focuses on a wide range of trusts and estate planning matters, has been practicing in the Boca Raton area for the last 20 years.

“Chris has earned a reputation for helping clients devise effective estate planning strategies and for providing sensible solutions to complex trusts and estates disputes,” said Sam Weiner, co-managing shareholder and co-chair of the firm’s Tax, Trusts & Estates Department. “His arrival enhances our capabilities in the Florida market and will benefit clients in and outside of the state.”

Mr. Gagic’s practice includes advising on multigenerational family and business succession planning, federal estate and gift tax returns, special needs planning and general taxation issues. He assists with complex family matters, providing guidance on navigating the challenges presented both through an administrative and litigation perspective. He also represents clients in probate and trust matters across the state of Florida.

Mr. Gagic frequently speaks on estate planning, probate, trust, and guardianship issues in the local area. He earned his J.D. from Western New England University in 1997 and received his B.A. from McMaster University in 1994.
