Cole Schotz Announces New Members
We are pleased to announce that Nicholas J. Brannick, Robert M. DiPisa, David S. Gold and Matthew S. Schneid have been elevated to members of the firm.
Nicholas Brannick is a member of the firm’s Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring and Litigation Departments and is resident in the Delaware office. Mr. Brannick focuses his practice on general litigation and corporate disputes and corporate restructuring matters, including representing debtors, creditors’ committees and parties in adversary proceedings. He has experience in several industries including agriculture, aviation, retail, software and commercial real estate. Mr. Brannick earned his J.D. from The Ohio State University, and his B.A. from Wittenberg University.
Robert DiPisa is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Department and is resident in the New Jersey office. Mr. DiPisa counsels developers, real estate equity and opportunity funds, real estate investment trusts, investors, owners and tenants in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. His practice includes advising clients with respect to acquisitions, dispositions, development and retail leasing. His professional focus also includes the management, financing and construction of commercial, retail, industrial and multi-unit residential properties. Mr. DiPisa earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, and his B.S. from Fordham University.
David Gold is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property and Litigation Departments, as well as the Restaurant & Hospitality Industry Group and is resident in the New Jersey office. Mr. Gold counsels artists and creative entrepreneurs including musicians and other performing artists, authors, fashion designers, photographers and graphic designers, as well as arts organizations, media and marketing companies, and other corporate entities. He advises on the protection, enforcement and monetization of intellectual property including copyrights, trademarks, and patents. Mr. Gold earned his J.D. from Rutgers Law School (Newark), his M.A. from New York University, and his B.A. from Brown University.
Matthew Schneid is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Department and is resident in the New York office. Mr. Schneid has represented major developers, multinational corporations, private equity companies, opportunity funds, family-owned real estate entities and various joint venture entities in all aspects of transactional real estate. His practice includes advising on commercial real estate leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and financing. Mr. Schneid earned his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, and his B.S. from Cornell University.
