Cole Schotz Announces Four New Members
Cole Schotz P.C. is pleased to announce that four attorneys have been elevated to members across the firm’s New York, New Jersey and Florida offices. The new members are Aaron S. Brotman, Inga C. Caldwell, Reuben G. Muller and Jaime A. Quick.
Aaron S. Brotman is a member of the firm’s Construction and Real Estate Practices, and is based in the firm’s New York office. Aaron guides clients through every aspect of a construction project, from day one through to completion. He represents owners, contractors and subcontractors in construction contract drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution. Notably, Aaron has extensive experience advising clients on large scale industrial, commercial and residential developments. Aaron received his J.D. from the George Mason University School of Law.
Inga C. Caldwell is a member in the Environmental Practice, based in the firm’s New Jersey office. Leveraging previous in-house experience at an environmental consulting firm, Inga’s practice marries technical insight with legal know-how. She counsels buyers, sellers, and lenders on environmental liability risks in complex corporate and real estate transactions. Inga also represents clients in multiparty Superfund sites and related litigation. Inga received her J.D. from Vermont Law School.
Reuben G. Muller is a member in the Tax, Trusts & Estates Practice, based in the firm’s New Jersey office. Reuben represents clients at all stages of disputes with the Internal Revenue Service, the New Jersey Division of Taxation and the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance including audits, administrative appeals, and litigation. His practice also focuses on advising individuals, businesses, and estates on international tax and state residency/allocation issues. Reuben works with clients to address tax noncompliance through the use of government initiatives, such as voluntary disclosures, to minimize adverse civil and criminal consequences. Reuben received his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and his LL.M. from the Georgetown University Law Center.
Jaime A. Quick is a member in both the Litigation and Tax, Trusts & Estates Practices, based in the firm’s Florida office. Jaime employs extensive experience litigating and negotiating the most complex and personal matters for clients. She serves as a trusted advisor for high-net-worth individuals and families in divorce and other marital and family law related matters often involving complex assets, unique compensation structures, business and income valuation issues, as well as, probate and trust litigation matters, involving testamentary capacity issues, undue influence and unique family dynamics. She also advises in-house counsel at large corporations and financial institutions handling sophisticated and complex commercial litigation matters. Jaime received her J.D. from the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law.
