Cole Schotz Achieves Midsize Mansfield 2023–2024 Certification by Diversity Lab

Cole Schotz P.C. is pleased to announce Diversity Lab has granted the firm Midsize Mansfield 2023–2024 Certification. The Mansfield Certification framework uses science and data to boost inclusivity, access, and diversity in leadership at participating law firms.

Mansfield is a structured certification process designed to ensure all talent at participating law firms and legal departments has a fair and equal opportunity to advance into leadership. To maintain its effectiveness, the standards for Mansfield Certification continue to evolve based on data-backed insights.

This year, over 360 U.S. and Canadian law firms and over 70 legal departments participated in the certification process.

This is the first time that Cole Schotz has received the Midsize Mansfield Certification. Cole Schotz has renewed its commitment to seek certification again in 2024-2025.
