We give back to the community and foster belonging in a variety of impactful ways

We are dedicated to creating and advancing community. As a firm, we give of our time and resources to advance the communities we serve.  This is expressed through our programmatic initiatives, our generous giving to meaningful causes, and our strong commitment to providing pro bono services. We view it as our obligation to operate as a team working together with our wide array of backgrounds, life experiences,  talents and skills.

Our professionals are active participants in the community offering support for various non-profit organizations and the firm provides financial support for various law-related or mission driven, charitable organizations.

We are a team committed to not only working together, but to doing so in ways that support one another, while simultaneously providing our clients with excellent legal representation.

Mentorship

We view it as our responsibility to create as many avenues to success as we can.  We act on this responsibility through providing ample mentoring opportunities for high school students, law school students, and our attorneys. We host high school students for a “Week on the Job” providing opportunities to see up close the inner workings of a law firm environment and receive career development advice from our law firm professionals. Similarly, we recently launched a mentorship program that pairs law students with attorneys. Our attorneys provide at least quarterly meetings to provide input to the law students on everything from legal writing and networking to professionalism and how to put create and maximize professional opportunities. Additionally, we have numerous internal mentorship opportunities for our attorneys whether through partnership with our business development team our learning from a wide array of speakers which in recent years has included federal judges, a NYT best-selling author, and Fortune 50 executives.  

For the last two years, we have been recognized for our mentorship offerings.
