Our client, The Kamson Corporation, acquired a four-property multifamily portfolio for $80 million from Kushner. The properties are located in Westwood and Rivervale, New Jersey. The Cole Schotz deal team was led by Leo Leyva and Drew F. Barone, and included Jeffrey Cash, David Borsack, Emily Lamond, Jill B. Richardson and Erin Palmer. The Kamson Corporation is a premiere multifamily management organization located in the Northeast.
