Cole Schotz’s New Hackensack Lease Continues 40-Year Relationship

Cole Schotz is staying at Court Plaza North in Hackensack after signing a lease renewal with Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.

Represented in-house, the family-owned and operated commercial and residential real estate firm announced the 61,582-square-foot agreement Oct. 1.

Cole Schotz joined the Court Plaza roster in 1986, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises said. The law firm boasts a team of more than 180 attorneys practicing across specialties and states, including New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Maryland, Texas and Florida.

“For nearly four decades, our New Jersey team has worked out of our Court Plaza North office in Hackensack. We’ve experienced tremendous growth during that time – locally as well as nationally – and we’re glad to have this office serve as a strategic hub for our attorneys and clients in the years to come,” commented Cole Schotz co-Managing Shareholder Warren Usatine.
