Pamela Millard Joins Cole Schotz as Corporate Member in Delaware

Cole Schotz P.C. is pleased to announce the arrival of Pamela Millard as a member of the firm’s Corporate Department in Delaware. Ms. Millard brings more than 15 years of experience advising clients on all aspects of Delaware’s corporate law and the governance of Delaware entities.

Ms. Millard represents companies, organizations, boards, board committees and investors on a wide range of business matters and transactions, including mergers, recapitalizations, assets sales, dividends, dissolutions, restructurings, and governance documentation. She also has substantial experience advising special committees in connection with various transactions, including M&A transactions.

Ms. Millard, who joins from Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP, is an active member of the Mergers and Acquisitions Committee of the American Bar Association, Section of Business Law, and has served as a speaker on Delaware corporate law matters for national law firms and the American Bar Association as part of their continuing legal education programs, as well as on behalf of the Mergers and Acquisition Committee’s Women in M&A Task Force.

Ms. Millard earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. She has a M.A. in International Studies from the University of Washington and a B.A. in Chinese Studies and American Studies from Wellesley College.
