The transaction involved Cole Schotz preparing and negotiating various agreements with Next3, as well as addressing existing owner rights and National Women’s Soccer League regulations. This investment occurred following Cole Schotz’s representation of Gotham in connection with a business structuring, private placement of equity securities and various investment, consulting and endorsement agreements with athletes.
