Brian A. Flank has joined Cole Schotz P.C. as a member in the firm’s Corporate Transactions practice groups. Brian has deep experience advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, financing, and tax matters. He will also be a member of the firm’s Real Estate department, with extensive experience advising clients in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financings and other real estate-related transactions. Brian will be based in the Firm’s Baltimore office.
