Member Gregory L. Arbogast seamlessly blends commercial litigation experience alongside corporate advisory and transactional advice in order to protect his clients’ most critical business assets as well as position them for success.
EXPERIENCE
At the core of Greg’s practice is his collaboration with businesses and their executives, legal teams, and boards of directors/managers to develop and execute short and long-term strategies for growth. Greg focuses on mitigating risks and leveraging opportunities.
With 15 years of experience, Greg has developed a dual practice approach that allows him to provide proactive legal advice that helps clients limit exposure to future disputes, while also empowering his skills of diplomacy and negotiation when contentious litigation is unavoidable.

EDUCATION
Greg graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2007 with a B.A., in Government and Politics. He was honored with the Civicus Citation for his completion of the Civicus program. Civicus is an invitational academic citation program centered around: (1) citizenship; (2) leadership; (3) community service learning; (4) community building in a diverse society; and (5) scholarship. While in college he was a Communicate Advocate for the Office of Student Conduct and the Captain of the Mock Trial Team, which he continued to coach after graduation. He earned his J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2010, cum laude, where he was honored with membership in the Order of the Barristers.
