Cole Schotz Advises Matrix New World in Partnership with True Environmental

Cole Schotz P.C. represented Matrix New World (Matrix), a leading provider of environmental consulting, engineering and infrastructure solutions, in a partnership with True Environmental (True), a platform that partners with founder and employee-owned consulting and engineering firms to help provide capital solutions to accelerate growth and liquidity events for ownership transition.

Cole Schotz represented Matrix on its complicated reorganization and disposition to True. The partnership was announced on May 15, 2023.

The partnership with True, backed by Halle Capital, will help establish a foundation on which to build a leading environmental, engineering and infrastructure consulting firm.
